Windmill

Card #2 for today

This card uses Sketch Saturday #267 rotated 90º, paper pieced windmill (otherwise known as a pinwheel) by Lawn Fawn (Lawnscapings Challenge) and Polka Dot patterned paper and die cut (CAS-ual Fridays Challenge). My stamping smudged and as I kinda liked it,  I decided to make it intentional and rolled as I stamped the next few swirls. Glossy hearts accentuate a sentiment and cover up inky smudges! The windmill is on a spring so you can flick it with your finger, it's surprisingly addictive.

Challenges:
CASual Fridays CFC109: Polka Dots
Lawnscaping Challenges #62: Paper Piecing
Sketch Saturday Week #267

Supplies
Stamps: Lawn Fawn Cruising Through Life
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Dies & Punches etc: Memory Box Contempo Circle
Paper: White card from stash, Lawn Fawn Bright Side Petite Paper Pack
Highlights: Glossy accents, gold liquid pearls, Papermania card spring

Hope you enjoyed your visit today and see you soon.

  1. I looked for the smudge and can't find it, so you did a great job of covering it or blending it! O especially love your dotted border. Love the three colors. It looks complicated! Thanks for playing along with us at Sketch Saturday this week. Your interpretation of the sketch is a fun one!
