For this card I decided to blend some paper and some Promarkers. I've used diffuser plates to partially emboss my card, so that the raised swirls blend to flat cardstock and I've blended 3 Promarkers so that there were no harsh lines. I've also used some distress ink around the outside, so the white transitions to Peacock Feathers ever so slightly.
It's hard to see in the photograph but the paper aeroplane's trail has been stickled!
A close up of some of the blending.

ReplyDeleteSo cute Grá, and I love the sparkly tail !!! Lovely embossed background too !!!
ReplyDeleteOh, my! Your blending on that airplane is perfect! It's sometimes hard (for me, at least!) to blend markers on such a small space, but you did it perfectly! And I love how you handled the embossing and inking around the edges. Very pretty! Thanks for playing along with the One-Layer Simplicity Challenge!
ReplyDeleteThanks Susan, since I started using the Promarker fine nibs smaller areas are that bit easier :)
