Something new for the new year, my first journal page. Lots of fun messy play with gelatos, stamps, stencils, embossing & glitter paste. A quote from Douglas Adams embellished with the essentials: a towel, tea and a bath that seems more fun than the one Adams is writing about.
Douglas Adams describes the blues and how they alter time so well in the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, when he explains that Sunday afternoon feeling when "that terrible listlessness which starts to set in at about 2:55, when you know that you've had all the baths you can usefully have that day, ... and that as you stare at the clock the hands will move relentlessly on to four o'clock, and you will enter the long dark teatime of the soul."
