I've wanted to make a bokeh background for ages so the Lawnscaping Challenge and Yainea's card provided the incentive and CCEE Stampers the tools.
I've blended distress inks on watercolour cardstock. Then stencilled white ink circles and daubed white gesso (faux acrylic) for more vibrant foreground circles, some gold splater and glittery sentiment to finish.
I love all the dimension created within the bokeh background. The diecut letters are layered and coated with glitter paste adding to the texture, sparkle and dimension. Just right to make a late entry for Virginia's View Challenge.

That bokeh background is really beautiful! The colours in it just shine - somehow I seem to tend to use more muted colours.
